If Judokaa Martial Arts is a well-oiled machine, then Mae Jerelle Ausman is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. As the Judokaa Administrator, Mae is the friendly voice and the organized force behind the scenes, ensuring every member of your dojo family feels supported from their first day on the mat.

While her husband, our Dojo Shu, guides our technical journey and spirit on the tatami, Mae masterfully manages everything off of it. Her dedication is the foundation that allows our community to thrive.

Her Role & Responsibilities:

  • The Master Organizer: Mae handles all administrative paperwork, from new member registrations to promotion applications, with impeccable precision and care.

  • Uniform & Gear Specialist: As our dedicated uniform organizer, she ensures every judoka—from our smallest white belts to our senior black belts—is fitted correctly and looks their best in our club gear.

  • The Go-To for Everything Else: Have a question about the schedule, a payment, or a club event? Mae is your point of contact. She is the invaluable resource who connects all the pieces, managing the countless details that make Judokaa a premier martial arts home.

But Mae is not just an administrator; she is a judoka herself. As an Orange Belt, she is actively walking the path of Judo, understanding the discipline, respect, and hard work that every one of our members experiences. This firsthand knowledge allows her to empathize with and support each student’s unique journey.

Mae’s commitment to Judokaa is more than a job—it’s a labor of love for the community she and her husband have built together. Her warmth, efficiency, and unwavering support truly make her the heartbeat of Judokaa.

We are incredibly grateful for everything she does. The next time you see Mae, please be sure to thank her for keeping your dojo running so beautifully.
